Building relationships with his clients is at the core of Shawn's business. He enjoys helping buyers find the perfect home and sellers find the perfect buyer. He believes in listening closely to discover each client's goals and dreams, then doing whatever is necessary to help turn those goals and dreams into reality.
Shawn believes there is a story behind every move. The decision to buy or sell a home is often accompanied by a major life event. Sometimes they are pleasant, sometimes they are not. Regardless of the event spurring your move, Shawn's goal is to make your move as pleasant and stress free as possible.
In addition to being a licensed agent in Tennessee and Alabama, Shawn has earned the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification from the National Association of Realtors. The advanced training PSA's receive provide them with enhanced skills in pricing properties, evaluating comparable homes, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about pricing their home.
When he's not selling real estate, Shawn enjoys spending time with his wife (and high school sweetheart), his two children and their Goldendoodle fur baby. They enjoy traveling to favorite family fun spots including Walt Disney World and Orange Beach, Alabama. A resident of East Tennessee for over 40 years and a Vol for Life, he feels fortunate to call this beautiful area home.
